Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 555r5 ("555r5", "we", "us", "our"), an offshore online betting and casino platform operating under an international gaming licence. 2.3 Excluded Persons

3.4 Account Ownership

Account Security

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. 555r5 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing time. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification checks before processing. 555r5 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on 555r5 are monitored for compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. 555r5 reserves the right to freeze an account and withhold funds pending investigation if transaction patterns suggest money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity. Any confirmed case of money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be permanently closed with all balances forfeited.

Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on 555r5 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the selection, stake, and odds before confirming any bet. 555r5 will not reverse a bet on the grounds that it was placed in error by the user. Bets are only valid if placed while the relevant market is open. Any bet accepted after a market has been suspended or settled will be voided.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the 555r5 platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds that apply to your bet are those confirmed at the point of acceptance, as shown on your bet receipt. 555r5 reserves the right to remove, suspend, or restrict any market at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by 555r5 in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, a palpable error in the published odds, evidence of match fixing affecting the outcome, or a technical malfunction in the betting system at the time of bet placement. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are governed by the same rules as pre-match markets. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point during an event. 555r5 accepts no responsibility for any delay between real-world events and the reflection of those events in live odds. Where a bet is accepted after the outcome of the relevant in-play event has been determined, that bet will be voided and the stake returned.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the maximum payout amount will be paid and the remainder will be forfeited.

7.1 Game Availability

7.3 Disconnections and Technical Faults

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed and the result determined by the game server record. 8.1 General Bonus Terms

8.2 Wagering Requirements

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and the account may be permanently suspended.

8.4 Right to Withdraw or Modify Offers

555r5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the applicable offer terms at the time of claim will remain in effect for that player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555r5 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Attempting to defraud 555r5 or other players by any means, including but not limited to chargebacks, false disputes, or misrepresentation.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 555r5 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
